I'm a Brazilian art director living in New York - Headline
I grew up on a small island called Florianópolis—Lat. 27ºS, Long. 48ºW. I graduated in Architecture, specialized in Art Direction, and pursued my career between the worlds of Art, Illustration, Design, Architecture, Advertising, and Technology. In hindsight, I'd say that's what flew me to NY.

I landed on this other much more oversized island called NYC in March of 2008. I started at Catch24Design, a small shop owned by Bill Goodspeed, a huge Yankee fan. He called me in on a Friday for a freelance gig, and there I stayed for five years.

I moved in-house for Scholastic, and a year after that, I had my first opportunity at the larger communication groups. Publicis, WPP, and IPG. Roughly thirteen years altogether, and the people I met along the way were some of the finest in the business. Teamwork, professionalism, and love for the craft were traits of most.

Please, shoot me a message. I'm open to freelance jobs and collaborations.
